Because many of our items are handmade and/or personalized:

Returns accepted only for:

  • Incorrect item received

Returns NOT accepted for:

  • Personalized/custom items (names, custom colors, custom requests)

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or final sale items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description
