Personalized / Custom Orders

Personalized items are made specifically for you, so we cannot offer refunds once production begins.

Please ensure:

  • Name spelling is correct

  • Color/style selected is correct

Ahtona Designs is not responsible for errors entered by the customer at checkout.

 

Digital Products Policy (If Applicable)

All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and delivery.

Digital files are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files in any form.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase (unless production has already started).

After 12 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed—especially for personalized items.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Please check with household members and neighbors

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

  • File a claim with the carrier if needed

Ahtona Designs is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, but we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

 

Sale Events & Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.


Product Colors & Variations

We do our best to display product colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, lighting, and material variations.

Because items are handmade, minor variations are normal and part of their uniqueness.
