Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship in 2–5 business days

  • Personalized Items: Ship in 3–7 business days (may take longer during Ramadan/Eid rush)

Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States (update if you ship worldwide).

Shipping Estimates (after processing):

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority shipping: 2–4 business days

Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Important: Ahtona Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS/UPS, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
